We are excited to be offering a position as an Assistant Building Surveyor. This great and varied role will have you using your skills on a range of properties keeping everyday different and exciting. As a small owner run business you will receive hands on experience and a deeper understanding of how the industry works.

If you are newly qualified and wanting to enter the world of surveying our Directors have over 40 years of practical experience each. Both having sat as APC assessors; they have the knowledge and skills to help you complete your qualifications.

You would be placed on our progression plan, with competency-based targets and salary increases.

We are therefore looking for someone long term, with drive and determination who is interested in this type of progression and responsibility.

Role Responsibilities
– Residential Building Surveys
– Homebuyers reports
– Commercial dilapidations
– Party Walls matters (Training offered)
– Valuations

The right person will have;
– A full UK driving licence (required)
– Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
– Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
– Forward thinking self-starter
