The Taylor Williams Daley Partnership was created in 1999 by the merge of two practices, Daley & Hall and the Taylor Williams Partnership, both of which were formed in the mid 1980s. Daley & Hall were exclusively a Chartered Building Surveying practice, the Taylor Williams Partnership being multi-disciplined, having both a Building Surveying and an Architects Department.

The current practice is located in Dorking and Battersea and is therefore conveniently situated for central and south west London and Surrey. The practice has invested heavily in modern computer equipment, with a networked system in the office, and a CAD drawing system and associated equipment upon which all drawings are produced.
